The New Zealand GST rate increases from 12.5% to 15% on 1 October 2010. The prices of
tickets in Phase 2 (and subsequent phases) have been revised to include GST at 15% with prices being rounded up or down to
the nearest dollar. Phase 2 applications will be processed after 1 October 2010 so the applicable GST rate is 15%
Phase 2 applications will be processed following the close of Phase 2 on Friday October 8,
2010.
Notification of the outcome of applications will be issued on or before November 12, 2010. If you do not

It is anticipated that over 360,000 tickets will be made available for Phase 2 (Individual
tickets). This follows total sales in Phase 1 of 500,000 tickets.
Tournament Organiser, RNZ 2011, will have more than one million tickets to sell from the 1.65 million
(approximately) tickets available for sale.
RNZ 2011 is contractually obliged to make tickets available to certain groups. The largest of these
groups is Rugby World Cup Limited (RWCL), the owners of the Tournament, who will cater for overseas national Unions, media,
commercial partners as well as the Official RWC 2011 Travel and Hospitality Programme. Ticket purchase options were also
made available to a number of Venue Members and Boxholders at particular stadia as well as Provincial Union Season Members.
Any tickets not required by these groups will be released back at various stages of the RWC 2011
Ticketing Programme. In addition, RNZ 2011 will retain some tickets for operational and contingency purposes.

You may secure tickets to the semi-finals or the Final by purchasing an Official Travel
Package from Official Travel Agents (OTAs) or an Official Hospitality Package from Official Corporate Hospitality Agents
(OCHAs).
The Official RWC 2011 Travel and Hospitality Programme is managed by Rugby Travel &
Hospitality (NZ) Ltd (RTH). RTH has appointed OTAs and OCHAs to sell these packages. For more information and a list of

Alternatively, if you apply for packs/tickets in Phase 1 or 2, you may elect to enter the
ballots for the option to purchase tickets for the semi-finals and/or the Final. RWC 2011 Ticketing will run ballots in

draw for the option to purchase tickets to the semi-finals and/or the Final.

Entries will be drawn at random. If your name is drawn in a ballot, you will be notified and
offered the opportunity to purchase two tickets within a specified price category for the relevant match.
When completing the ticket application, fans will be asked to select their preferred ticket
Price Category. This will determine the general area of your seats. Actual seating positions within each category will be
allocated randomly for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 ticket applications.
Tickets will be allocated by Phase, therefore Phase 1 tickets will be allocated before Phase 2 tickets
and so on.
Processing of your application and allocation of tickets does not guarantee any specific
seat location, only a price category. Price categories may be viewed using the maps within the Venue Information link on
the relevant venue page.
Seat allocation will take place between March 2011 and late May 2011 unless otherwise advised by RWC
2011 Ticketing.
Tickets will be dispatched or made available for collection in late May 2011.
Note: No seat locations will be communicated before this time.

NZ Post ParcelPost Tracked: For delivery by NZ Post Parcel Post. Delivery must be
made to the credit card holders' NZ residential address or PO Box. If there is no one available at your address, your item
will either be delivered into the mailbox at your residence or a "card to call" will be left directing you to a PostShop
near to your address. Please note General Admission tickets will not be sent via mail.
Collection: For collection at the relevant venue or official collection locations
around NZ. Official collection locations will be advised in May 2011.
The cost of the tracked mail and collection options above is included in the NZD $15 handling fee
payable if your Phase 2 application is successful. Additional delivery fees are payable for NZ Metro Courier, NZ Rural
Courier and International Mail options.
New Zealand Metro Courier: An additional delivery fee of NZD $12 will be payable if
you want your tickets couriered within a New Zealand metro area. If your package cannot be delivered, you can request a
redirect or redelivery as necessary. Couriers will only deliver to a street address and will not deliver to a PO Box or
Private Bag address.
New Zealand Rural Courier: An additional delivery fee of NZD $13.50 will be payable if
you want your tickets couriered to a rural address in New Zealand. If your package cannot be delivered, you can request a
redirect or redelivery as necessary. Couriers will only deliver to a street address and will not deliver to a PO Box or
Private Bag address.
International Mail: An additional delivery fee of NZD $20 will be payable if you wish
for your tickets to be mailed by international registered post to your address outside of New Zealand. RWC 2011 Ticketing
strongly recommends that you select the Collection option if you are overseas and collect your tickets from official
collection locations once you arrive in New Zealand. Please note General Admission tickets will not be sent via
international mail.
Please note that General Admission (Category GA) tickets will not be mailed but will be made available

Concession prices for children aged 16 or under as at September 1, 2011 may be available for
Pool matches and the Bronze Final within Categories D and GA (depending on categories available at each venue).
Children's prices will not be available for the Quarter-finals, Semi-Finals or the Final.
Infants two years or under as at September 1, 2011 who are able to be carried will not require a ticket
but must sit on an adult's lap and not take an additional seat
Due to the high demand expected for tickets, we may be unable to allocate tickets in your
selected price category.
If you selected the ‘next best available' option, RWC 2011 Ticketing may have allocated you
the next best category (i.e. lower price category) available for the tickets you have applied for.
In relation to Pool match tickets, if you selected the ‘next best available' option, please
note that some tickets may be allocated in the lowest price category (including GA/standing).
Tickets are limited to four tickets per match, and are therefore subject to availability.
You are not guaranteed the tickets you apply for.
RWC 2011 Ticketing may cancel any applications submitted in breach of ticket restrictions or
tickets allocated in excess of the ticket limits.

The RWC 2011 Payment plan was offered during Phase 1 and 2 which have now closed.
NZ residents aged 18 years and over had the option to use the RWC 2011 Payment Plan to pre-
pay for tickets obtained in Phase 2 via installments over three months.
A non-refundable administration fee of NZD $25 was payable for this service.
If your application for tickets is successful, RWC 2011 Ticketing will process payment for
your tickets (including the NZD $15 handling fee and any additional delivery fees) in monthly installments over three
months. Tickets are not purchased until full payment has been made.
The first of three installments (plus the administration fee of NZD $25) will be charged to
your card between October 20 and October 30, 2010 and each subsequent installment will be charged on the same day of the
month thereafter for the remaining two months.
You must ensure that your card has sufficient funds available to make each of the three
payments and has an expiry date that is valid beyond the last payment date.
Your ticket purchase is not complete until we have received payment in full for the tickets
allocated to you (including the handling fee and any additional delivery fees). If payments cannot be processed when due,

No. There is no increase in the total price payable for Venue & Team Pool Pack Payment
Plans entered into before 1 October 2010. The rate of GST applicable to your payment plan remains at 12.5%, as per the tax
invoice originally issued to you.
The final Dunedin venue is still to be confirmed. The new Otago Stadium is currently under
construction and is likely to be ready in time for RWC 2011. Alternatively, Carisbrook will host the city's matches.
Successful applications for Dunedin matches, will be fulfilled for either Carisbrook or Otago Stadium depending on what
venue is confirmed.
You cannot sell your tickets for more than the original sale price and tickets are non-
