Official RWC 2011 Travel and Hospitality Programme
For a complete RWC 2011 experience, fans will be able to purchase Official Travel Packages (from January 2010) from Official Travel Agents (OTAs) or Official Hospitality Packages (from February 2010) from Official Corporate Hospitality Agents (OCHAs). The Official RWC 2011 Travel and Hospitality Programme is managed by Rugby Travel & Hospitality (NZ) Ltd (RTH). RTH has appointed OTAs and OCHAs to sell these packages. Official RWC 2011 Ticket Programme
Fans can apply to purchase packs during Phase 1 by completing and submitting the official application form which will be available online at www.rugbyworldcup.com or in the Official RWC 2011 Ticket Guide.
Further details (including the process for Phase 2 applications and further Sales Phases) will be provided as part of the Official Ticket Sales Launch in 2010.
Authorised Sales Channels
Tickets may be purchased legitimately through the above authorised sales channels only. Any other website or organisation offering RWC 2011 tickets or ticket-inclusive packages for sale is unlikely to be authorised to do so.
Tickets are non-transferable except as set out in the RWC 2011 General Ticket Terms & Conditions which will be published with the Official Ticket Sales Launch in 2010.
Please note that any ticket(s) offered for sale, sold or transferred in contravention of the RWC 2011 General Ticket Terms & Conditions may be cancelled, and any person seeking to use those tickets may be refused admission to or evicted from a venue without refund or compensation.
RWC 2011 is declared as a “major event” under the New Zealand Major Events Management Act 2007 (MEMA). Please be aware that the unauthorised sale or trade of a RWC 2011 ticket for a value greater than the original sale price of that ticket is an offence under the MEMA punishable at law by a serious fine.
Legal Notice: Packs and tickets are limited per match, per venue and are therefore subject to availability. Applications and ticket purchases will be subject to the RWC 2011 Ticket Sales Regulations. Ticket terms and conditions will apply to the purchase, possession and use of tickets. Further details will be issued with the Official Ticket Sales Launch in 2010. RNZ 2011 reserves the right to change the sales process at any time at its discretion.
