The quarter-final option allows you to attend the eventual quarter-final of the team you choose as part of Follow My Team. This option is available for all Team packs currently on sale. If your team does not qualify, this option will be refunded within 30 days after the qualification phase. A €5 handling fee per pack will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that if you have taken out cancellation insurance, your quarter-final option is not affected by this insurance.
How to book your quarter-final option?
- Choose the Follow My Team pack that suits you
- Select the price category and number of packs
- Confirm your choice
- Once the fixed matches of your pack have been selected, click on your optional quarter-final
- Your optional quarter-final is added to your cart
- Confirm your order
Congratulations, your team has qualified! Your tickets to attend the quarter-final will be available directly in your account, in the "my tickets" section at the latest three days before the match.
Unfortunately your favourite team did not qualify. The refund of your option is generated automatically within 30 days after the end of the pool phases. Please note that a processing fee of 5€ per pack will be deducted from your refund. The refund will be made directly to the account linked to the credit card that was used as payment at the time of your purchase. If your card has expired, you can update your bank details in your personal space ("my payment methods" section).
