PHASE 1: TEAM AND VENUE POOL PACKS
The first phase of RWC 2011 Ticketing, Team and Venue Pool Packs, has now closed.
If you have an enquiry on an existing application please contact us. If you have submitted an application during the second chance offer period, your payment will be charged to your card between August 4 and August 20, 2010.

Please note: Confirmation emails were issued in the first week of August, if you have not received your confirmation please check your junk mail box as some systems have re-directed the receipts.
PHASE 2: INDIVIDUAL TICKETS
Phase 2 of RWC 2011 Ticketing will commence on Friday September 10, 2010 when a limited number of individual tickets will be released. In Phase 2, individual match tickets will be released for all matches except the semi-finals and the Final. Ticket limits will apply.
Further details of Phase 2 will be released at the end of August.
RWC 2011 prefers MasterCard®. Use a MasterCard card to apply for tickets in Phase 2 and get double entry into the ballots for the option to purchase semi-finals and Final tickets.
PHASE 3: SEMI-FINALS AND FINAL BALLOT
Fans who apply for packs in Phase 1 or tickets in Phase 2 may elect to enter the ballots for the option to purchase tickets for the semi-finals and/or the Final. Fans will receive one entry into each ballot they elect to enter for each ticket applied for during Phase 1 or Phase 2.
It is expected that the ballots will take place in February 2011.
